Evidence register
Every settlement event in scope, with per-line, per-leg evidence labels. Settlement, authorization, and delivery are assessed separately — because a chain-verifiable settlement does not establish who authorized it or what was delivered.
Roll-forward
Opening balance, supported token movements, closing balance — demonstrating completeness of supported token events for the scoped wallet across a finalized block range, independently cross-checked.
Proposed journals
Daily summarized journals as validated CSV for supported import templates. Activity is proposed as wallet receipts; revenue classification follows your own approved, versioned policy. Nothing is booked before you approve and post.
Two-way valuation
Every amount is stored twice — native asset quantity and USD value — each valuation carrying its source, version, timestamp, and governing policy. A stablecoin is never hardcoded at par; USDC is valued under your depeg policy.
Exceptions queue
Whatever the evidence cannot support is held for review — never silently booked, never silently dropped. Unresolved is the mandatory default when classification fails.

Every engagement opens with a wallet scope record — an authorized representative of your entity asserts the wallet-to-entity relationship: the represented legal entity, address and network, declared purpose, effective dates, and scope. A standard accounting artifact, e-signed in flow, reaffirmed at each close.
Technical corroboration is recorded separately, and each item establishes only its own leg. A signed challenge demonstrates current wallet-key control. Domain verification demonstrates control of the relevant domain. A timestamped payTo observation links your live x402 endpoint to the wallet at that moment. Every packet distinguishes “activity observed at this address” from “activity belonging to this legal entity” — and states the evidence basis connecting them.

An advisory AI plane may cluster exceptions and recommend classifications for human review. The posting path remains deterministic and AI-independent — an AI recommendation is never a posting.
